CASHMASTER IS A DIGITAL FINANCIAL DATA ANALYSIS PLATFORM (THE “PLATFORM”) OPERATED BY EVERMORE SMARTCASH PTY LTD, ABN 87 608 508 676 (“CASHMASTER”/”US”/”WE”/“OUR”) THROUGH WWW.CASHMASTER.COM.AU (THE “SITE”) OR MOBILE APPLICATION (THE “APP”). PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM.  THE PLATFORM PROVIDES A DATA ANALYSIS SERVICE WHERE USERS OF THE PLATFORM (“USERS”/“YOU”) SIGN UP TO A CASHMASTER ACCOUNT AND ALLOW CASHMASTER TO COLLATE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM A PARTICULAR USER’S BANK AND/OR FINANCIAL ACCOUNT(S) TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS OF INCOME AND EXPENDITURE IN THE FORM CHOSEN BY THAT USER. 

Disclaimers

  1. CashMaster does not provide financial advice or assistance or offer financial services as defined by the Corporations Act 2001.
  2. As such, CashMaster does not require an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) nor are we required to be authorised by an AFSL holder.
  3. CashMaster does not engage in credit activities, provide credit services or credit assistance in any capacity (including as an intermediary) as defined by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. As such, CashMaster does not require an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) nor are we required to be authorised by an ACL holder.
  4. CashMaster provides an analysis of a User's expenditure based upon the information collected by us.
  5. Information is obtained from the User's bank account as authorised by the User. CashMaster is not responsible for answering questions or providing analysis of specific transactions.
  6. Any reference to the word 'advice' should be taken solely to be a reference to general advice based upon the information available to CashMaster about a User's expenditure and does not include consideration of a User's entire financial or personal circumstances.
  7. CashMaster does not provide investment advice. We recommend that Users obtain independent professional advice from a licensed adviser.
  8. You agree and comply that as a User you are authorised, or has permission of the holder of a bank account that is used with CashMaster. Where a bank account is held jointly, the User is required to comply with the usual rules of consent for online banking.
  9. CashMaster is not responsible for and has no liability for any claims, complaints or issues, legal or otherwise arising from one party to a joint account using our services without consent of the co-account holder.
  10. At times CashMaster may recommend a third-party service provider to the User. Any commissions or other payments received by CashMaster will be disclosed in accordance with the relevant laws.
  11. CashMaster will make any referrals to third-parties in accordance with the relevant laws.
